A native of New Orleans, Elaine Rellihan attended high school in Baltimore and eventually moved to coastal Delaware later in life.
She obtained her Delaware real estate license in 2006 and became a member of Barrows and Associates in May 2021.
Specializing in home sales throughout Delaware's coastal region, she and her husband live in Milton, where she enjoys gardening, going to the beach and spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.
